How long will it take to process my order?

We will do our best to process the order within 3-5 business days.

How long will it take to ship my order?

The shipping time is out of our control but typically 5-7 business days after the processing time. We are not liable or responsible for any delays or failed deliveries by the post office or UPS. However, we want to be sure you received your order, if you have any questions of the status of your order, please contact us at adorecandle22@gmail.com.

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, submit a return request within (7) days from the day the merchandise was delivered to customer service at adorecandle22@gmail.com. All returned item(s) must be new and unused. Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. You can return for an exchange or refund. Refunds will take (7) days after receipt of your item(s) and after an approval of the requested refund. You will be notified by email of your return/exchange request.

If you receive a defective or damaged item(s), please contact adorecandle22@gmail.com attaching photos of damaged item(s) to arrange an exchange or refund.

I received the wrong order, what do I do?

Contact adorecandle22@gmail.com and we will send a shipping label free of charge and will ship the correct item once we receive the returned item.
